> No child support is payable by people making less than $7,000 per year.

> The amount of support payable for more than six children is the amount for six children.

> For incomes between $7,000 and $149,000, this calculator works in whole increments of $1,000 in income.

Note: This calculator uses the child support tables in force from 1 May 1997 to 30 April 2006.
