Questions As of 1 February 2006 the author can no longer answer legal questions. After answering more than eight thousand questions over the past five years, the malicious conduct of a single user has resulted in the unavoidable termination of this service. There is some good news, however. On 29 November 2006, the Legal Services Society — the organization that provides legal aid in British Columbia — launched a new family law website which, among other things, offers a service allowing users to get answers to basic family law questions by email. Please remember that the author cannot answer questions seeking legal advice or information, nor does he accept clients from this website.
